Terms and Conditions: Summer Giveaway Series

Welcome to the Summer Giveaway Series! By participating in this giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. **Eligibility**: Participation is open to individuals who are 18 years or older. Employees of Muhl Tech and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
2. **Entry**: Entry into this giveaway is by INVITATION ONLY.  Participants can enter the giveaway by clicking once on the designated entry link. Entry is limited to one per person. Additional entries beyond the first one will not increase your chances of winning.
3. **Promotional Discount**: All entrants will receive a one-time 15% discount on their first order from Muhl Tech as a thank you for participating.
4. **Giveaway Prizes**:

   - **Monthly Power Giveaway**: Beginning in May and ending July - one AceGrip each month. The AceGrip is designed to help hitters increase bat speed by improving forearm and grip strength. It can be added to any bat and includes the 1 Month Hitters' Power Plan from MLB All-Star Gary Gaetti.

   - **Monthly Coach's Giveaway**: Various team equipment awarded each month as follows:

     - May 31, 2024: Dozen Aceballz

     - June 30, 2024: Pro Ball Cart - Medium

     - July 31, 2024: Pro 5x7 L Screen

5. **Winner Selection and Notification**: Winners will be selected randomly at the end of each month. Winners will be notified via email and must respond within 3 days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize.
6. **General Conditions**: Muhl Tech reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Muhl Tech’s control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Muhl Tech in its sole discretion.
7. **Data Privacy**: By entering the giveaway, participants agree that Muhl Tech may send promotional emails to the provided email address. Participants can unsubscribe from these emails at any time.
8. **Limitation of Liability**: Muhl Tech is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the giveaway, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of submissions in the giveaway.
9. **Disputes**: Except where prohibited, participant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
10. **Sponsor**: The giveaway is sponsored by Muhl Tech, located at [503 Ogden St. Wharton, TX 77488], who is solely responsible for all aspects of this giveaway.
