The Power Bag is a resistance tool. Players are supposed to push past the bag and finish their swing. Their swing should not stop at contact. Initially, it will slow down at contact as the bag is heavier than they are used to. With time and practice, players should be able to swing on the Power Bag seamlessly, with no slowing down of the swing. Once they are able to achieve that, they will be able to graduate from the Junior to the Medium, and from the Medium to the Large.
Players should not deviate their swing when hitting this product. Keep the same swing and with enough use, the player will get stronger.
The Power Bag Stand allows for two players to hit the Power Bag at the same time. The wheels make this product easily transferable on and off the field.
